There is talent is looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to support U.S.-based businesses. This is a full-time, 100% remote position ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who can manage inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing appointments, and documenting information accurately. The role requires a strong work ethic and a reliable internet connection. Experience in customer service is essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or phone-based roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Document call notes and updates in company systems.

Excellent spoken and written English (C1+ preferred)
