Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve customer questions via chat, email, and telephone.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers.
• Help customers with technical and billing questions.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback to improve service.
• Increase satisfaction and loyalty through a personal customer experience.
