Formación

• 1+ year in Customer Service, Support, Call Center, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up to ensure requests are fully resolved.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
