Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via email, chat, and phone to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, excellent English communication, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records in our CRM and other digital tools.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades
