INGEPSY is seeking a reliable Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support a growing moving and logistics team. You will handle inquiries, assist with scheduling and follow-ups, resolve concerns, and ensure an excellent client experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is proactive, remains calm under pressure, and can manage customer relationships effectively to help the business thrive.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, professional style.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and general business software.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup with reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate quotes, answer service-related questions, and assist customers with booking moves.
• Coordinate schedule changes and update internal systems for dispatch.
• Conduct post-move follow-ups to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and assist with CRM updates and reporting.
