Cosign is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate in Colombia. You will deliver real-time support via chat, calls, and email to applicants and property managers, using HubSpot to track inquiries and resolutions.

You will collaborate with Success and Operations to improve processes in a fast-growing, remote team environment. We value exceptional communication, reliability, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Property management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Excellent writing skills: organized, clear, and thorough.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple digital tools.
• Reliable, coachable, and communicative.
• Able to work an assigned schedule within Cosign's operating hours (Mon–Fri).
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Customer support and communication: respond to inbound chats, calls, and emails from applicants, renters, and property managers; deliver clear, helpful communication.
• CRM and documentation: manage support workflows and update contact and deal records; escalate issues and document resolutions.
• Collaboration and continuous improvement: work with Customer Success and Operations to enhance customer experience and adapt to new tools.
