Porch Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Colombia, working remotely with day-to-day guidance from Porch Group and employment through RemoFirst. You will support new customers from account setup through successful product adoption, configuring logos, pricing, and agreements, and delivering virtual onboarding sessions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Onboarding or Account Management.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail when configuring customer accounts and setup tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for meetings and onboarding tasks.
• Comfortable learning and working with desktop and mobile software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare new customer accounts for a successful launch by configuring key account settings.
• Guide customers through onboarding with phone and email, scheduling virtual sessions.
• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions to help customers adopt the software.
• Manage scheduled onboarding sessions and account setup work with accuracy and timelines.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to add value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address challenges and provide follow-up support.
• Document interactions and progress; communicate clearly with teammates.
