You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries on first contact when possible, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes while maintaining professionalism. This on-site role requires strong English, high school diploma, and a passion for helping people. Training and weekly pay included.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a positive, personalized customer experience across multiple channels.
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
