Job summary

You will collaborate with teammates and report to a Sales Manager to ensure high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales (1+ in B2B), fluent English (B2), CRM experience, and a track record of meeting sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, at least 1 year in B2B sales.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proven track record meeting sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Mastery of product knowledge to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks affecting satisfaction.
• Manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure relevant information is captured.
• Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, renewals.
• Work with team and report to Sales Manager.
