Porch Group is hiring a Contractor Relations Representative for a remote position in Colombia. The role focuses on locating technicians to service client claims and building strong relationships with contractors in covered areas.

You will manage contractor follow-up and ensure high-quality customer service while using CRM tools and maintaining daily performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong English communication, and experience onboarding

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 2+ years working in customer-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding or working with home improvement professionals preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a world-class customer experience while balancing business needs.
• Excel data entry required.
• Workspace with a quiet space and internet speed of at least 30 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up.

Responsabilités

• Locate technicians to service client claim requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors.
• Maintain daily metrics as directed by management.
• Source work orders to networked technicians.
• Follow up with clients to ensure quality service.
• Notify manager of contractor issues or policy breaches.
