Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Contractor Relations Representative to connect technicians with client claim needs and build strong partnerships across regions. You will source and assign qualified technicians, maintain relationships, and ensure high-quality customer service while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have a minimum high school diploma, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, English fluency, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
2+ years in customer-facing roles.
Experience onboarding, supporting, or working with home services providers preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks as assigned by managers.
Build B2B relationships with technicians and trade partners across covered areas.
Maintain daily metrics as set by the manager.
Source out work orders to technicians/trade partners within network.
Client follow-up to ensure quality service by providing technician information.
Technician/trade partner follow-up to confirm appointments.
Outsource contractors with at least 15 attempts per claim.
Label claim dispositions for reporting accuracy.
Maintain knowledge of CRM systems operations and functions.
Notify manager of any broken relationship or standards from contractors/trade partners.
