Job summary

Porch Group in Colombia is hiring a Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative to help ensure accurate agency data in HOAIC systems. This role is remote and employed through RemoFirst, with day-to-day guidance from Porch Group.

You will enter and review submissions, collaborate with Licensing, Compliance and Sales to obtain missing information, and perform routine administrative duties such as account changes and login resets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
• Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States preferred.
• Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems.
• Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents.
• Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.
