Job summary

Emapta Colombia is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of cloud-based preconstruction software to contractors worldwide. You will conduct virtual demonstrations, manage relationships, and expand customer accounts while supporting international clients from a remote setup.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication in Spanish and English, with a focus on achieving sales targets, onboarding new customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize value and retention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Experience in sales presentations, product demonstrations, or virtual customer meetings is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications and managing multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, customer adoption, and revenue targets set by Sales Leadership.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and sales activities to grow the pipeline.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers via calls, demos, meetings, chat, email, and text.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
