Job summary

Emapta Colombia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to translate business goals into technical initiatives and drive planning, execution, and delivery of CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system projects across global teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication and reporting. This remote role offers international exposure, a structured growth environment, and direct client engagement.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in IT project management or business systems management within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or financial systems such as NetSuite, including supporting enhancements or integrations.
Understanding of system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Workato) and exposure to analytics platforms like Snowflake or Tableau.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, release cycles, and change management principles.
Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into actionable technical tasks and define success metrics for project delivery.
Manage planning, execution, and delivery of CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system initiatives.
Track project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure business readiness for system launches.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage project dependencies.
Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.
Support project reporting, steering committee updates, and system demonstrations.
Assist with testing, release planning, and post-launch evaluations during system rollouts.
Identify project risks early and contribute to mitigation planning strategies.
Support effective allocation of team resources to maintain project momentum.
