INGEPSY is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions, all from home.

You will conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services, negotiate terms with clients, support sales administration, analyze client data, and collaborate with marketing to boost client engagement and retention in a fully remote role.

Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with strong customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and multilingual abilities; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA regulations understanding for handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay productive.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions
• Conduct outbound telemarketing efforts to promote services and identify new sales opportunities
