INGEPSY is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling insurance sales inquiries, benefits questions, and account support from home.

You’ll conduct outbound calls, negotiate terms, process documentation, and analyze client data to improve services. The role emphasizes multilingual communication, HIPAA awareness, and independent remote work with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; bilingualism is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis.
• HIPAA knowledge when handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main liaison for clients across channels.
• Handle inquiries about insurance sales, benefits, and accounts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with clients within company policies.
• Support sales administration: documents, records, tracking interactions.
