INGEPSY is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to grow our logistics support for a dynamic sales team. You will manage carrier relationships, resolve issues, and monitor performance to ensure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency.

The role blends daily operations with collaboration across teams in a remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in carrier sales or related roles, strong communication, organization, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as Carrier Sales Rep or related
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
• Familiarity with carrier networks and logistics processes
• Work from home; equipment provided

Responsabilidades

• Carrier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential carriers, ensuring strong communication and trust
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with the tracking team to address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the shipment process in a timely manner. Identify recurring issues; work with carrier on corrective action plans and relocate to management
• Carrier Performance: Review carrier scorecard data, identify trends and determine root cause. Summarize findings and provide Dedicated Carrier Manager with detailed feedback prior to weekly carrier scorecard meetings.
• Process Management: Develop and implement processes with carriers to ensure daily operations run smoothly and all requirements are being satisfied
• Trailer Pool Management: Assist management to ensure trailer availability exceed the required thresholds and relocating displaced trailers as needed
• Execute day to day carrier operations tasks such as carrier switches, accessorial requests, retenders, diversions, etc.
• Carrier Watch list & Settlement: Ensure all loads are closed out with proper documentation to prevent delays in payment to carrier.
