Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills.
• Familiar with sales administration and data analysis.
• HIPAA knowledge and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work remotely with high productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
