Influx is seeking bilingual (Spanish & English) customer service and voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technology. In this role, you will combine customer support and technical expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Availability is 8:00am to 9:30pm Argentina Time; BYOD remote work. TO APPLY: laptop, Windows 10+, 50 Mbps internet, wired headset, quiet workspace; growth opportunities and performance incentives are available.

Formación

• Be voice-trained with prior experience in voice support.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Speak fluent, standard English & Spanish with a professional and polite tone (B2+ English & Spanish proficiency).
• Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills.
• Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
• Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels.
• Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems.
• Provide professional and polite responses at all times.
• Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
