Influx Inc. is seeking a bilingual Voice Support Agent to assist clients with streaming setup, hardware support, and service inquiries, delivering a professional customer experience over the phone.

This remote role requires advanced English and Spanish fluency, a quiet workspace, and BYOD hardware (Windows 10+, 8 GB RAM, 50 Mbps). Training and growth opportunities are provided to help you excel.

Formación

• Advanced English and Spanish fluency (B2+), with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proven track record in voice-based customer support.
• Strong active listening, coachability, and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
• Quiet workspace with a dedicated noise-canceling headset.
• BYOD hardware: Windows 10+, Intel Core i5 10th gen+, 8 GB RAM, fast internet (50 Mbps).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice channels.
• Troubleshoot streaming solutions and audio hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in systems.
• Escalate complex tickets to internal teams as needed.
