Influx is seeking qualified customer service agents to join our talent pipeline for upcoming client needs. This remote role supports multiple backgrounds including e-commerce, installation services, tech support, fintech, and telecom, across time zones.

You will handle high volumes via phone, email, and chat, deliver timely resolution, and maintain KPI performance from a BYOD setup with a quiet workspace.

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce or fashion platforms and delivering customer support.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide top-tier support.
• Experience with high-volume voice and multi-channel support.
• Familiarity with digital payment services and cross-border transactions.
• Experience in telecom or mobile network environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high volumes of customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues
