Capgemini is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Engineer in Bogota to provide first and second-level support in English and Spanish. You will troubleshoot networking, hardware, and software issues, document cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in technical support, strong English skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a hybrid model in Bogota (2–3 days per week).

Qualificações

• 1-4 years of experience in a technical support role preferred.
• Advanced professional English language skills, fluent in both written and spoken communication.
• Technical knowledge in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level technical support to clients in English and Spanish.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document support activities and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through professional, timely communication.
