You will provide administrative support, manage data, and help maintain records while growing skills in operations within a supportive, globally distributed team. Strong English and Spanish, plus US-style tools experience, are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years in operations or administrative support.
• Independent, self-directed, remote work with multiple priorities.
• Familiar with Asana, Notion, Trello or similar PM tools.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry and keep organized records.
• Upload and label files in Google Drive per folder structure.
• Handle routine client and vendor email communication using templates.
• Assist with internal reporting by compiling data.
• Support other related tasks as needed.
