BruntWork seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support physicians and ensure a seamless patient experience. You will manage scheduling, communications, insurance authorizations, and EMR documentation using eClinicalWorks.

This remote role requires 2+ years in medical settings, HIPAA training, and the ability to handle high call volumes. Immediate hiring with health insurance coverage.

Competenze

• Proficiency in ECW (eClinicalWorks) is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years handling medical insurance authorizations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• HIPAA training completed (certification preferred).
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in fast-paced medical office settings.

Mansioni

• Manage patient scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, and calendars.
• Handle patient communications via calls, messages, emails, and portal.
• Process intake forms, insurance verification, authorizations, and referrals.
• Maintain EMR with operative reports, pathology, labs, imaging, and records.
• Support billing and claims including charge entry and denials follow-up.
• Coordinate procedure prep and post-visit instructions.
• Draft correspondence to physicians, patients, and insurers.
• Monitor test results and ensure timely provider review.
• Assist with HIPAA compliance and quality initiatives.
• Facilitate telehealth workflows and document encounters.
• Willing to work extra hours as needed; align with office ops.
