• Strong communication, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
• Active HIPAA certification or willingness to complete before first day.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Handle bilingual patient communication by phone in English and Spanish and route messages.
• Support clinical administrative tasks within EMR, referrals, scheduling, and records requests.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and VMAs to manage high call volumes and improve SOPs.
