Go Lean Health is seeking a reliable Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support our US-based skin clinic. This remote role focuses on frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative tasks so the in-clinic team can focus on direct patient care.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, has at least 1 year of experience with US healthcare workflows, and can work independently from a remote setup.

Formación

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong front desk and phone communication skills.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: answer inbound calls and route inquiries, document call details.
• Appointment Scheduling: manage calendar, reschedule/cancel appointments, confirm details.
• Insurance Verification: verify coverage and benefits, update patient records.
• Prior Authorizations: gather information and track status with payers.
