Go Lean Health in a remote US-based skin clinic is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist. You will handle frontline patient communication, scheduling, and insurance verification to support the in-clinic team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic, strong front desk skills, and comfort working remotely in a healthcare setting. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Comfortable handling patient calls in a busy healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Prior Authorizations: Coordinate prior requests for treatments or medications.
