You will provide professional patient support in both languages, handle inbound/outbound calls, coordinate communications, and assist with essential clinical administrative tasks within the EMR.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Healthcare experience supporting U.S.-based practices.
• Hands-on experience with patient calls, scheduling, EMR documentation, and clinical workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette.
• HIPAA compliance or willingness to obtain certification before starting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual patient communication & phone support in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate patient referrals and appointment scheduling within the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other VMAs to ensure high-quality patient coverage.
