Go Lean Health is seeking a reliable Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a busy US-based skin clinic. This remote role focuses on frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support so the clinic can focus on care.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to serve Spanish-speaking patients and US healthcare workflows. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in medical front desk tasks, can handle high call

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Prior Authorizations: Coordinate prior requests for treatments or medications.
