CoreSyx is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers and patients remotely. This full-time role focuses on administrative coordination, including scheduling, patient communications in English and Spanish, and updating records in EHR systems.

The ideal candidate will verify patient information, assist with intake forms, gather medical histories, handle calls, video, and secure messages, and coordinate follow-ups, referrals, and prescription requests while

Qualifications

Medical assisting and patient care experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication.
Experience with video conferencing, PM systems, and secure messaging.
Experience scheduling patient appointments.
Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility checks.
Experience handling prescription refill requests and referrals.

Responsabilités

Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
Update medical records in EHR systems.
