OttoMate is seeking experienced bilingual Customer Service Representatives to deliver high-quality support in English and Spanish. This fully remote role handles both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate product and service information while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Required to have 2+ years in a similar role, excellent communication in both languages, and a reliable home setup with at least 50 Mbps.

• Fluent in English and Spanish for customer interactions.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar customer service role.
• Home setup: own equipment and stable internet (≥50 Mbps).

Responsabilités

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish.
• Provide information and support related to various products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound call programs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
• Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client’s products or services, and perform warm transfers when required.
• Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
