Formación

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong active listening skills with empathy toward customer needs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the company database.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department with smooth hand-off for the customer.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
