Formación

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (required).
• Professional phone manner with strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and message documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer service in both Spanish and English.
• Process certificates of insurance requests using established templates.
• Route customer inquiries appropriately within the agency structure.

Conocimientos

Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English

Professional phone manner

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with phonetic alphabet (bonus)

Comfortable learning VoIP software
