Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Bilingual Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in career-focused training programs. This role is fully remote and requires a motivated individual to guide students through the admissions process while ensuring an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong sales skills, and have experience in admissions or consultative sales. You'll help students navigate training options and ensure they feel supported throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 2 years of admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or consultative sales experience.
• Experience using CRM, lead management, or call-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
• Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English or Spanish.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations, inquiries, and enrollment activities.
