Pearl, a premium healthcare and wellness company, is hiring a Bilingual Patient Sales & Consultation Specialist to own the full remote patient journey and convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations and procedures. The role manages inbound leads, educates prospective patients on services, and runs structured follow-ups across warm and cold leads, maintaining a clean CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

3+ years of consultative or high-touch sales with full lead-to-close ownership.
Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or Podium).
Proven track record converting inbound leads into booked appointments or sales.
Ability to translate technical or medical information into clear messaging.
Experience executing structured follow-up for warm and cold leads.
C2 English and C1+ Spanish for bilingual client communication.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound patient inquiries and move them through the full funnel.
Educate prospects on services and medical procedures offered.
Execute structured follow-ups across warm and cold leads to nurture conversions.
