Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success - Bilingual to engage clients, promote value of our solutions, and drive renewals and upsells. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes outbound communication, CRM hygiene, weekly forecasting, and maintaining high-quality service while operating in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in B2B sales.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience with Cold Calling.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Ability to learn new technology and data concepts.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience or willingness to work from home.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns hindering satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure professional customer interactions.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform sales motions including lead qualification and contract renewals.
• Report to Sales Manager and work with the team.
