Porch Group is seeking a Business Development Representative in Colombia for a fully remote role. You will independently source prospects, run discovery, deliver pitches, handle objections, and close new business—ideally in a single call.

You’ll manage pipeline end-to-end in Salesforce and be measured on calls-to-close rather than meetings. You will build target lists, engage builders and developers, and collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for closed

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in sales development, business development, or full-cycle sales (B2B SaaS or construction tech).

Responsabilidades

• Probe and close deals over the phone in a same-call or same-cycle close.
• Manage a full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreement.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and track KPIs.
