Overview.ai is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify opportunities in LATAM for U.S. manufacturing accounts. This remote-friendly role focuses on building relationships, mapping accounts, and handing qualified leads to Vision Sales Engineers.

You'll work with AI-powered outbound strategies, own 10–15 accounts, and collaborate with global teams to drive real customer impact on production lines.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound sales experience as a BDR, SDR, inside sales rep, or equivalent.
• Strong phone skills and outbound instincts.
• Fluent, professional level English, written and verbal.
• Based in LATAM with the ability to work U.S. business hours consistently, with Eastern or Central time overlap.
• Hands on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Ability to ask good questions and think critically about whether an opportunity is real.

Responsabilités

• Own 10 to 15 key accounts across automotive suppliers, electronics, industrial OEMs, and manufacturing environments.
• Map accounts, plants, and stakeholders; plan expansion from one facility to several.
• Discover real blockers (cost, downtime, false positives) and qualify opportunities early.
• Handoff clean, actionable context to Vision Sales Engineers when a genuine use case exists.
