BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing contributor to partner with US sales, blending ABM campaign execution with AI-powered automations that trigger seller actions. You will shape data signals and drive new deals using tools like Claude within daily workflows.

The role emphasizes multi-channel campaigns, direct collaboration with US teams, and delivering measurable pipeline impact in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales.
2+ years building automations used by sellers.
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (3+ channels).
Daily use of generative AI/LLMs in automations, not just copywriting.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
Map processes with sales teams and build automations that trigger actions.
Manage target account lists and enriched CRM data.
Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue impact.
Test new channels and scale effective plays to move pipeline.
