Job summary

Generation is hiring a BD Associate to identify and qualify employer partners in Colombia and across LATAM. You will support the BD & Partnerships team with tailored outreach, lead research, and opportunity building, reporting weekly on progress.

The role is remote but based in Colombia, requiring strong communication, CRM usage, and proactive relationship building with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Fluent Spanish with advanced written and spoken English desired.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication, planning, and follow‑up skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential employer partners across industries in Colombia and LATAM.
• Qualify leads based on alignment with Generation's mission and goals.
• Initiate outbound outreach via email and phone to establish connections.
• Assist in developing materials and presentations to support BD efforts.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain CRM entries for leads and outcomes.
• Track opportunities with timely follow‑ups and capture feedback.
