Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in Colombia and LATAM. You will identify opportunities, forge partnerships with IBs and affiliates, and convert leads into active clients.

You will represent the firm at industry events and research the market to shape regional strategies. The role requires prior BD or sales experience in forex/CFD, excellent communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment with commission-based earning

Formación

• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management within financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Colombia and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and maintain partner networks.
• Represent the company at industry events and conduct market research.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies for the region.
