Porch Group in Colombia seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for Colombia and remote international roles. You will partner with hiring managers, attract diverse talent, and drive an efficient interview process.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of sourcing experience, strong English communication, and hands-on use of ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. This remote role supports corporate, GTM, and other functions across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience across corporate functions and GTM roles.
• Experience with ATS; Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Colombia and international roles.
• Act as primary candidate contact; guide interview preparation and timely communication.
• Drive end-to-end interview process, including job postings, planning, references, and offers.
• Partner with managers to create diverse sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Utilize ATS data to improve hiring metrics and efficiency.
• Support 10–20 requisitions concurrently with a focus on speed and quality.
