Job summary

There is Talent is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts while remaining active in the recruitment process. This fully remote role is exclusive to candidates based in Colombia and requires strong people management in a high-volume environment.

You will drive candidate pipelines, manage a dedicated recruitment team, and serve as the main liaison between your team and the client, ensuring tight SLA adherence and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Supervise or coordinate teams in a BPO/call center or high-volume environment.
• Direct recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and digital tracking platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive candidate data with discretion and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Accountability: Oversee daily execution of your recruitment team, ensuring targets and SLAs are met.
• Active Recruiting: Hands-on in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for specialized roles.
• KPI and Result Delivery: Own team metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Data Management: Maintain recruitment spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and provide pipeline updates.
• Process Oversight: Enforce adherence to background checks and compliance.
