Concentrix is seeking a Business to Business Sales Representative to demonstrate the value of our client’s products through proactive engagement, focusing on selling and renewing contracts.

You will forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly results, maintain deep product knowledge, and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. You’ll handle high volumes of outbound calls and emails, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver a professional experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in B2B sales.
• Experience with cold calling.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proven track record meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Willingness to work from home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge and understand client requirements.
• Address customer concerns to drive satisfaction and product usage.
• Manage objections to retain customers or win new ones.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to ensure professional interactions.
• Maintain CRM data and records.
