Job summary

RecRivals is building technology for recreational sports. We are hiring a hands‑on salesperson to sell the platform to league operators and sports organizations.

You will own the sales process from finding the right prospects to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team. Responsibilities include outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, running demonstrations, negotiating terms within authority and maintaining accurate CRM

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent professional follow-up.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing.
• Negotiate within approved authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps and forecasts.
