Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to engage US decision-makers.
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs (e.g., 60+ calls/day or 2+ discovery calls/day).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present BPO/staffing/VA solutions.
• Maintain CRM data and revenue forecasts; collaborate with Recruitment/HR teams.
