Valatam is seeking a high-performance Bilingual Account Executive (Outbound B2B) to own the full sales cycle for U.S.-based clients. This 100% remote, full-time role is open to experienced sales professionals located anywhere in Latin America.

The ideal candidate thrives in outbound environments, hits revenue targets, and closes deals through consultative selling. You will manage prospecting, discovery, solutions presentations, and closing, while coordinating with Recruitment and HR to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–5 years B2B sales experience, remote/outbound preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish (English C1-C2).
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and pipeline building.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proven execution and quota attainment.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry preferred.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: prospecting to closing.
• Outbound Lead Generation: multi-channel cold outreach to U.S. decision-makers.
• Activity & KPI management: meet outbound call/discovery targets.
• Consultative Selling: identify client pain points and present BPO/staffing/VA solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain data integrity and forecasts.
• Internal Alignment: coordinate with Recruitment and HR for placements and client satisfaction.
