Job summary

Valatam is hiring an Account Manager to foster long-term client relationships, maintain high satisfaction, and drive account expansion in a 100% remote role for Latin America. Reporting to the Growth Director, you will be the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensure service quality, and identify upselling opportunities.

You will collaborate with Trial, HR, and Recruitment teams to source and present candidates, manage onboarding, and protect account health in a high-touch remote

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Client Success, or Client Relations
• Proven track record in account retention, churn reduction, and closing B2B upsells/account expansions
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with HR, Recruitment, and Operations
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs for pipeline management and client tracking

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management & Retention: Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor productivity and relationship health
• Account Expansion & Upselling: Identify growth opportunities and present qualified candidate profiles to clients
• Placement & Operational Coordination: Source, vet, and introduce candidates for client seats with accurate placement data
• Issue Resolution & Account Advocacy: Act as the main problem solver for client concerns and escalations
• Client Advocacy & Brand Assets: Gather testimonials, reviews, referrals, and success stories for Marketing case studies
• Feedback & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide recruitment updates and participate in management reviews on account health
