The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can work efficiently under pressure, and demonstrates strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and stay professional at all times.
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace.
• Experience with CRM, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
