Job summary

Trabajosihay is hiring a strong phone communicator to call warm inbound leads and book qualified appointments for our US-based clients. This remote role focuses on seniors and families who have shown interest, building trust, handling objections, and booking consultations.

You will work six days a week across US Eastern and Pacific time zones, requiring clear speech, an American accent, reliable CRM updates, and diligent daily activity with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is required.
• Clear, natural American-sounding accent is required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections.
• Sales mindset with ability to book qualified appointments.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with warm inbound leads.
• Book qualified appointments for clients.
• Speak clearly and confidently with US seniors.
• Update GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, and CRM.
• Attend team training and huddles.
